摘　　要：新冠疫情的突发引起了人们对健康的大量思考,从而使人们对于居住的健康需求再度升级。本文从空间舒适、空气清新、水质卫生、环境安静、光照良好、健康促进六个层面对由国家住宅工程中心推广的全国首个全项铂金级HiH健康标识项目——宁夏中房玺悦湾项目进行深度分析,探索健康住宅的社会需求及评价标准,通过使用产品的安全性与功能性甚至于智慧性方面来满足未来人们对健康住宅的需求。The sudden outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic has caused people to think a lot about health,thus making people's health needs for living upgrade again.This article conducts a deep analysis of the first national platinum grade HiH health label project promoted by the National Housing Engineering Center-Ningxia Zhongfang Xiyuewan Project-from six aspects:spatial comfort,fresh air,water quality and hygiene,quiet environment,good lighting,and health promotion,which explores the social needs and evaluation standards for healthy housing,so as to meet the future needs of people for healthy housing through the housing product safety,functionality,and even intelligence.
