摘　　要：1933年2月北票沦陷,此后数年,铁蹄之下的北票煤矿不仅损失大量煤炭资源,还有无数的中国劳工被奴役和压迫。日本侵略者和封建把头势力狼狈为奸,从各地以诱骗、抓捕、逼迫强征的方式掠夺大量中国百姓到北票煤矿供他们驱使奴役。庞大的统治机构、低廉的工资、超长时间的井下作业,无数的劳工被折磨致死,给贫苦的中国矿工带来极大的灾难。不堪被折磨的矿工自发组织起来,发动一次次抗日暴动,打击了日本帝国主义的反动统治,为抗日战争的胜利做出巨大贡献。通过对日本侵略者统治下北票煤矿劳工管理制度的研究,深刻揭露出日本帝国主义的残暴罪行。In February 1933,Beipiao became an enemy-occupied area.In the following years,not only did Beipiao coal mine under the iron shoe lost a lot of coal resources,but also countless Chinese workers were enslaved and oppressed.The Japanese invaders and the feudal head forces worked in collusion,plundered many Chinese people from many places,by means of seduction,arrest,and coercion,to Beipiao coal mine for their enslavement.Countless laborers were tortured to death due to huge ruling structure,low wages,and long hours of underground work,which brings great disasters to the poor Chinese miners.The tortured miners spontaneously organized and launched anti-Japanese riots again and again,striking the reactionary rule of Japanese imperialism and making great contributions to the victory of the anti-Japanese War.The study of the labor management system of Beipiao Coal mine under the rule of Japanese aggressors can deeply exposes the brutal crimes of Japanese imperialism.
