摘  要:为解决北方地区水资源紧缺问题,国家开展了引江济淮工程。商丘市路河水厂为引江济淮进豫后第一座大型新建水厂,工程设计规模为30万m^(3)/d。为有效应对长距离输水带来的水质微污染状况,净水采用“多效屏障预处理+机械混合池+折板絮凝反应池+平流式沉淀池+砂滤池+臭氧接触池+活性炭池深度处理”组合工艺,处理后出厂水采用次氯酸钠消毒,确保供水水质安全。文中提出“臭氧预处理为主,高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠为辅,粉末活性炭应急投加”的多效屏障预处理措施。采用臭氧活性炭深度处理技术可有效应对原水微污染状况,同时,提升泵采用变频调节以达到低碳节能目的。研究可为今后同类型水厂的优化设计和运行管理提供参考。In order to solve the shortage of water source in the north,the project of Yangtze-to-Huaihe river water diversion is carried out at home.Shangqiu Luhe water treatment plant(WTP)is the first large-scale newly-built WTP after the diversion of the Yangtze River to Huaihe River into Henan,with a design scale of 300000 m^(3)/d.Bring to respond effectively to the long distance water conveyance of water quality pollution condition,water treatment used“multi effect barrier pretreatment+mechanical mixing pool+folded plate flocculation reaction pool+horizontal sedimentation tanks+sand filter combination conventional treatment+ozone contact tank+activated carbon filter advanced treatment”combined process,effluent using sodium hypochlorite disinfection after processing,to ensure that the water quality safety of water supply.This paper put forward the multi effect barrier pretreatment measures,which were mainly ozone pretreatment,supplemented by potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite,and powdered activated carbon emergency dosing.The advanced treatment technology of ozonated activated carbon could effectively cope with the micro-pollution of water sources,and the lifting pump adopted frequency conversion regulation to achieve the purpose of low-carbon energy conservation.It can provide reference for the optimal design and operation management of the same type of WTPs in the future.
