摘  要:国内近年来的研究表明,除了污水直排带来的污染,初期雨水排放和合流污水溢流造成的河道污染也比较严重。在心圩江下游污水处理厂设计中,采用半地下建设形式,耦合了1.5万m^(3)初期雨水调蓄池和一级强化处理设施,有效提升了心圩江流域内的污水处理水平,同时考虑了应对近远期合流溢流污染及初期雨水污染的控制措施。污水处理采用“改良厌氧缺氧好氧(AAO)生化池→矩形周进周出二沉池→加砂高速沉淀池→紫外线/次氯酸钠联合消毒”组合工艺,系统抗冲击负荷能力强,运行稳定,出水水质达到并优于国标一级A排放标准。初期雨水处理采用“调蓄池→细格栅+曝气沉砂池→加砂高速沉淀池”组合工艺,具有运行灵活、启动速度快的特点,处理后出水可稳定达到设计水质。项目占地指标为0.62 m^(2)/(m^(3)·d^(-1)),运行电耗为0.33 kW·h/m^(3),为同类项目较低水平。In recent years,domestic research has shown that in addition to the pollution caused by direct wastewater discharge,the river pollution caused by initial rainwater discharge and combined wastewater overflow is also relatively serious.In the design of the downstream wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)of the Xinxu River,a semi underground construction form is adopted,coupled with a 15000 m3 initial rainwater storage tank and a primary enhanced treatment facility,effectively improving the wastewater treatment level in the Xinxu River Basin.At the same time,control measures are taken to address the pollution of confluence overflow and initial rainwater pollution in the near and long term.The wastewater treatment adopts a combination process of"improved anaerobic anoxic aerobic(AAO)biochemical tank→rectangular peripheral inlet and outlet secondary sedimentation tank→sand adding high-speed sedimentation tank→ultraviolet/sodium hypochlorite combined disinfection".The system has strong impact load resistance,stable operation,and the effluent quality meets and exceed the national standard first class A criterion discharge standard.The initial rainwater treatment adopt a combination process of"regulation and storage tank,fine grid,aerated sand settling tank and sand adding high-speed sedimentation tank",which has the characteristics of flexible operation and fast start-up speed.After treatment,the effluent can stably reach the designed water quality.The project covers an area of 0.62 m^(2)/(m^(2)·d^(-1)),and the operating electricity consumption is 0.33 kW·h/m^(3),which is a lower level for similar projects.
