摘  要:通过研究褐煤反浮选捕收剂种类、浮选溶液环境、捕收剂和起泡剂用量对褐煤反浮选的影响,探究了一种有效提高褐煤分选效果的方法。研究表明,由于褐煤孔隙度大、水分高、含氧官能团多等特点导致其可浮性较差,因此在使用大量捕收剂的条件下,直接浮选难以获得较好的浮选效果。相比之下,反浮选可以提高浮选的选择性和回收率,进而获得更好的精煤产品。试验结果表明,在合适的反浮选条件下,可获得产率为56.74%、灰分为25.17%的精煤产品。This paper investigates an effective method for improving the separation efficiency of lignite by exploring the influences of reverse flotation collector type,flotation solution environment,and dosage of collector and foaming agent on the lignite reverse flotation.The study shows that the low floatability of lignite is caused by its high porosity,moisture content,and oxygen-containing functional groups,so it is difficult to obtain good flotation results through direct flotation under conditions of excessive collector dosage.In contrast,reverse flotation can improve the selectivity and recovery of flotation,resulting in better clean coal products.Experimental results demonstrate that under appropriate reverse flotation conditions,clean coal products can be obtained with a yield of 56.74%and ash content of 25.17%.
