摘　　要：目的 观察宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)患者行宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)和宫颈冷刀锥切术(CKC)的治疗效果。方法 随机抽选2019年10月—2021年10月于宜黄县妇幼保健和计划生育服务中心进行治疗的80例CIN患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为对照组与研究组,各40例,CKC患者纳入对照组,LEEP患者纳入研究组,比对2组各手术指标水平、并发症发生率及疾病复发率。结果 研究组的治疗有效率95.00%高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组手术时间、子宫愈合时间及住院时间均更短,术中出血量更少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组的25.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的复发率2.63%与对照组的6.45%比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 CIN患者行LEEP术和CKC术治疗均可获得良好疗效,但LEEP术治疗优势更加显著,能够缩短患者住院时间,促进子宫愈合,降低复发率,实践价值较高。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of cervical annular electroresection(LEEP)and cervical cold knife resection(CKC)in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN).Methods 80 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia treated in our hospital from October 2019 to October 2021 were randomly selected as study subjects.40 cases were divided according to the treatment regimen,control group and the study group,CKC,LEEP,comparing surgical indicators,complications and disease recurrence rate between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of 95.00%of the study group was higher than that of the control group of 77.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(25.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the study group was 2.63%compared with 6.45%The comparison of%of the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion LEEP and CKC treatment,but LEEP has more significant advantages,can shorten hospital stay,promote uterine healing,reduce recurrence rate,and have high practical value.
