摘 要:目的 比较多层螺旋CT (MSCT)后处理技术与X射线在诊断四肢骨折中的应用价值。方法 选择2019年1月—2021年5月期间抚州市东乡区人民医院收治的60例四肢骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行MSCT后处理技术检查和常规X射线检查,并以拍片检查作为金标准,记录分析MSCT后处理技术与X射线检查对诊断四肢骨折的诊断效能,对比2种诊断方式对四肢骨折的诊断符合率。结果 X射线检出48例,诊断符合率为80.00%;MSCT后处理技术检出58例,诊断符合率96.67%。MSCT后处理技术对四肢骨折的诊断符合率高于X射线,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 采用多层螺旋CT后处理技术诊断四肢骨折其诊断准确度高于X射线,漏诊情况更少,可为医师诊治提供更多有效信息,显著提升整体治疗效果,具有实际推广价值。Objective Comparison of the application value of multi-slice spiral CT(MSCT)post-processing technology and X-ray in the diagnosis of extremity fractures.Methods A total of 60 patients with extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent MSCT post-processing technique examination and routine X-ray examination,and the surgical diagnosis results were used as the gold standard.Record and analyze the diagnostic efficacy ofMSCT post-processing technology and X-ray plain film in the diagnosis of extremity fractures,and compare the diagnostic coincidence rates of the two diagnostic methods for extremity fractures.Results X-ray plain film detected 48 cases with a diagnostic coincidence rate of 80.00%,and MSCT post-processing technology detected 58 cases with a diagnostic coincidence rate of 96.67%.The diagnostic coincidence rate of MSCT post-processing technology for extremity fractures was higher than that ofX-ray films,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi slice spiral CT post-processing technology is used to diagnose limb fractures.Its diagnostic accuracy is higher than that of X-ray plain film,and there are fewer missed diagnoses.It can provide more effective information for doctors'diagnosis and treatment,significantly improve the overall treatment effect,and has practical popularization value.
