摘　　要：Gardner-Diamond综合征是一种罕见的皮肤病,主要表现为复发性、自发性、疼痛性瘀斑,多见于伴发精神性疾病的成年女性。自身红细胞敏感试验阳性对本病的诊断有重要价值。该病目前尚无特效治疗方法。本文综述了本病的发病机制、临床表现、诊断及治疗进展。Gardner-Diamond syndrome is a rare skin disease characterized by recrudescent,spontaneous,tender ecchymoses,and mostly affects psychologically disturbed adult women.The positive autoerythrocyte sensitization test has noticeable diagnostic significance.Currently,there is no specific therapy for Gardner-Diamond syndrome.This review summarizes advances in the pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
