国内国际双循环联动、生产要素流动与出口工业产品质量升级

摘　　要：在新发展格局背景下,探讨依托国内国际双循环有效联动提高生产要素流动效率,培育促进出口工业产品质量升级的新动能具有重要的理论及现实意义。本文实证检验了国内国际双循环联动对出口工业产品质量升级的影响,并分别解析了生产要素流动和全球价值链分工在这一过程中的中介作用和调节作用。研究发现,国内国际双循环联动显著促进了出口工业产品质量升级,且对出口工业产品质量的影响存在区域异质性和产品异质性;国内国际双循环联动促进出口工业产品质量升级过程中的生产要素流动的中介效应以及全球价值链分工的调节效应,主要通过资本要素流动、劳动力要素流动、技术要素流动等途径来实现,且各生产要素流动在传导路径中发挥的作用大小不同。In the context of the new development pattern,it is theoretically and practically important to explore the effective linkage of domestic and international dual circulation to improve the efficiency of production factor flow and cultivate new dynamic energy to promote quality upgrading of export industrial product.This paper empirically examines the impact of domestic and international dual-cycle linkage on product quality upgrading in export industries,and analyzes the mediating and regulating roles of production factor flows and global value chain division of labor in this process respectively.It is found that the domestic and international dual-cycle linkage significantly promotes quality upgrading of export industrial product;there is regional heterogeneity and product heterogeneity in the impact of domestic and international dual-cycle linkage on the quality of export industrial product.The effect of domestic and international dual-cycle linkage on the quality upgrading of export industrial product,the intermediary effect of production factor flow and the regulation effect of global value chain division of labor are mainly realized through capital factor flow,labor factor flow and technology factor flow.Moreover,the magnitude of the role played by the flow of production factors in the transmission path varies.
