摘 要:火疫病是蔷薇科植物的毁灭性细菌病害,发病迅速,破坏力强,严重危害世界蔷薇科果树的可持续性发展。近五十年来,通过品种鉴定和杂交育种,选育出多个砧木和品种系列以优良的耐病性被大量商用。本研究综述了苹果和梨抗火疫病种质资源的研究进展,对苹果和梨抗火疫病的育种工作提供参考。Fire blight is a kind of destructive bacterial disease to Rosaceae plants,which spreads rapidly since its occurrence,causing serious harm to the healthy and sustainable development of Rosaceae fruit trees in the world.In the past 50 years,a number of stocks and varieties series with excellent resistance have been commercialized by means of variety identification and cross breeding,and the extensive use of molecular breeding will continue to accelerate the process of resistance resource research.This research summarizes the research progress of resistance resources of apple and pear,in order to provide reference for further breeding of apple and pear resistant to fire blight.
