劳动力转移对农户农业生产长期投资的影响

摘　　要：基于CLDS两期平衡面板数据和CHFS截面数据,采用双向固定效应模型、Tobit模型和两部分模型,探索劳动力转移对农户农业生产长期投资的影响。研究表明,劳动力转移显著降低了农户农业生产长期投资,采用工具变量法与系列稳健性检验证明了这一结论的稳健性。机制分析发现,劳动力转移通过农业劳动力人口结构效应与土地规模效应影响农户农业生产长期投资。劳动力转移对农户农业生产长期投资的抑制作用在农业劳动力偏女性化的家庭更加明显;在农业劳动人口偏老龄化的家庭,劳动力转移通过土地流出抑制农户农业生产长期投资。Based on the two-period balanced panel data of CLDS and the cross-sectional data of CHFS,this paper explores the impact of labor transfer on farmers long-term agricultural invest behavior by constructing two-way fixed effects model,Tobit model and two-part model.The study shows that labor transfer significantly reduces farmers long-term invest in agricultural production,and the robustness of this conclusion is proved by instrumental variable method and series of robustness tests.It is found that labor transfer affects long-term agricultural invests by the demographic effect of agricultural labor and the effect of land scale through mechanism analysis.The inhibitory effect of labor transfer on long-term agricultural invest is more significant in family of female agricultural labor force.Meanwhile,labor transfer can inhibit farmers long-term invest in agricultural production by land outflows in family of ageing agricultural labor force.
