摘  要:基于中国2005~2020年283个地级市的面板数据,在创新理论和创新驱动理论的框架下,构建渐进双重差分和空间双重差分模型,探究创新型城市建设的碳减排效应,并进一步分析创新型城市建设减排效应的异质性和作用机制。研究发现,创新型城市建设不仅明显降低了试点城市的碳排放,还抑制了周边地区的碳排放;创新型城市建设能够推动城市发展模式创新,产生技术效应、配置效应和结构效应,进而减少城市的碳排放。这些结果对于理解创新政策的生态效应,升级城市发展模式,促进城市经济绿色发展具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on panel data from 283 prefecture-level cities in China from 2005 to 2020,this article builds an incremental double difference and spatial double difference model within the framework of Schumpeterian innovation theory and Porters innovation-driven theory,to explore the carbon emission reduction effect of innovative city construction,and further analyze the heterogeneity and mechanisms of the emission reduction effect of innovative city construction.Innovative city construction not only significantly reduces the carbon emissions of pilot cities,but also suppresses the carbon emissions of surrounding areas.Innovative city construction can promote the innovation of urban development models,produce technological,allocational,and structural effects,and thereby reduce urban carbon emissions.In addition,large-scale innovative city construction has a more significant contribution to emission reduction effects.The improvement of human capital and information infrastructure levels can also enhance the emission reduction effect of innovative city construction,while government investment will weaken the emission reduction effect of innovative city construction.These results have important reference significance for understanding the ecological effects of innovation policies,upgrading urban development models,and promoting green urban economic development.
