摘　　要：本文提出了一种使用全站仪测量水煤浆气化炉同轴度的方法,可对设备全长范围任意内径截面进行数据采集,借助三维建模软件直接测量得到偏差结果,相较常规检测极大的提高了检测效率及检测精度。In this paper,a method of measuring coaxiality of coal-water slurry gasifier with total station is proposed,which can collect data of any inner diameter section in the whole length range of the equipment,and directly measure the deviation results with the help of 3D modeling software,which greatly improves the detection efficiency and accuracy compared with conventional detection.
