摘  要:采用国产焊接材料制造的脱甲烷塔等产品,为了满足焊接接头各项机械性能能否达到技术条件的要求,特别是低温冲击韧性的要求,制定出合理的焊接工艺。本文首先对3.5Ni钢焊接性进行分析,并在此基础上,对国产焊材进行了焊接工艺评定,最后总结出哈尔滨威尔焊接有限责任公司生产的3.5Ni焊接材料各项性能均达到设计要求。Demethanizer and other products made of domestic welding materials,in order to meet the requirements of whether the mechanical properties of the welded joint can meet the technical conditions,in particular,low temperature impact toughness requirements,and develop a reasonable welding procedure.In this paper,the weldability of 3.5Ni steel is analyzed,on this basis,the welding procedure qualification of domestic welding materials is evaluated.Finally,it is concluded that the performance of 3.5Ni welding materials produced by Harbin Well Welding Co.,Ltd.meets the design requirements.
