摘　　要：U型管式换热器U型换热管的弯制,随着加载弯矩的不断增加,弯曲变形大致经历弹性变形阶段、弹塑性弯曲阶段、弹塑性强化弯曲阶段三个阶段,理论计算回弹公式时需要引进EulerBernoulli平截面假定和单向应力假定,计算结果不能完全指导工程实际。工程实际中多为经验公式,可完全满足工程要求。With the increasing load bending moment,the U-tube of the U-tube heat exchanger,the bending deformation roughly goes through three stages:elastic deformation stage,elastoplastic bending stage and elastoplastic strengthening bending stage.The Euler-Bernoulli plane section assumption and one-way stress assumption should be introduced in the theoretical calculation of the springback formula,however,the calculation results can not completely guide the engineering practice.In engineering practice,most of them are empirical formulas,which can completely meet the engineering requirements.
