健康中国建设背景下医院档案工作现代化发展现状与策略探讨

摘　　要：医院档案是对医院管理和发展的历史记录,对于医务人员、医院管理者、医疗研究者及病人等都具有很强的应用价值;医院档案工作现代化是健康中国建设的重要组成部分,是提升国家医疗健康服务水平的重要途径,有利于满足人民群众多层次、多样化的卫生健康服务需求。本文利用实地调研和电话采访等研究方法,选取郑州市内具有代表性的十家三级医院档案管理为研究对象,探讨了医院档案工作现代化的发展现状及策略,从而为实现健康中国贡献档案力量,主动融入中国式现代化历史进程。Hospital archives are a historical record of hospital management and development,and have strong application value for medical personnel,hospital managers,medical researchers and patients.The modernization of hospital archives work is an important component of the construction of a healthy China and an important way to improve the level of national medical and health services,which is conducive to meeting the multi-level and diversified health service needs of the people.This study selects ten representative tertiary hospitals'medical record management in Zhengzhou City as the research object,using field research and telephone interviews as research methods,discusses the development status and strategies of the modernization of hospital archives work,so as to contribute to the realization of a healthy China and actively integrate into the historical process of Chinese path to modernization.
