摘　　要：谋划推进档案工作现代化建设,加快档案工作数字化转型,全面提高档案工作服务能力水平,需要一支梯次合理、素质过硬、青蓝相继的档案干部人才队伍,尤其是档案工匠型人才。培养档案工匠型人才,既需要树立系统思维、改革思维、创新思维,也需要探路径、创模式、学典型,还需要塑匠心、育匠能、慧匠目,更需要做好传帮带、重实践操练、办比赛互学,方能事半功倍,加快档案工作信息化步伐,推动档案事业高质量发展。Planning to promote the modernization of archival work,accelerate the digital transformation of archival work,and comprehensively improve the service ability of archival work requires a team of successive archival cadre of reasonable rank and quality,especially archival craftsman talents.To cultivate archivist talents,it is necessary not only to establish systematic thinking,reform thinking,innovate thinking,but also to explore paths,create models and learn from examples,but also to cultivate the artisan spirit,train artisan skills and broaden the vision of the archivists.Moreover,it is important to do a good job of mentoring,drill practicing and learning through holding competitions,so as to get twice the result only with half the effort,speed up the pace of informatization and promote the high-quality development of archival undertakings.
