摘 要:为提高氧化镁部分稳定氧化锆(Mg-PSZ)陶瓷的性能,以ZrO_(2)粉和MgO粉为原料,引入SiO_(2)粉,在1600℃保温2 h制备了Mg-PSZ陶瓷试样。研究了SiO_(2)添加量(加入质量分数分别为0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)对试样相组成、显微结构、离子电导率、物理性能等的影响。结果表明:1)在Mg-PSZ陶瓷中添加SiO_(2)可以促进m-ZrO_(2)向c-ZrO_(2)的转变,m-ZrO_(2)相的含量越少,气孔和裂纹越少,致密度越高;2)随着SiO_(2)添加量的增加,试样的c-ZrO_(2)相含量、致密度、抗热震性、常温耐压强度和离子电导率先增大后减小。当SiO_(2)添加量为0.4%(w)时,试样的综合性能最好。In order to improve the properties of magnesia partially stabilized zirconia(Mg-PSZ)ceramics,Mg-PSZ ceramic samples were prepared using ZrO_(2)powder and MgO powder as raw materials,introducing SiO_(2)powder,and insulating at 1600℃for 2 h.The effects of the SiO_(2)addition(mass fraction 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,and 0.5%)on the phase composition,microstructure,ionic conductivity and physical properties of the samples were investigated.The results show that:(1)the SiO_(2)addition in Mg-PSZ ceramics can promote the transition from m-ZrO_(2)to c-ZrO_(2);the less the m-ZrO_(2),the less the pores and cracks,and the higher the density;(2)with the increase of the SiO_(2)addition,the c-ZrO_(2)phase content,density,thermal shock resistance,cold compressive strength and ionic conductivity of the samples first increase and then decrease.When the SiO_(2)addition is 0.4%,the sample has the best comprehensive performance.
