抗黄化曲叶病毒樱桃番茄新品种粉宝1号的选育

摘　　要：粉宝1号是以自交系qix15-1-5为母本,以自交系qx08-3-28为父本配制而成的中晚熟樱桃番茄一代杂种。无限生长类型,植株生长势强;果实椭圆形,深粉色,幼果有绿果肩,单果质量19 g左右,可溶性固形物含量7.2%,总糖含量9.3%,口感甜;含有番茄黄化曲叶病毒抗性基因Ty-2、根结线虫抗性基因Mi1-2、叶霉病抗性基因Cf-5,田间对番茄黄化曲叶病毒病、根结线虫、叶霉病的抗性强于对照碧娇,每667 m^(2)产量3000 kg左右,适宜陕西地区早春保护地种植。‘Fenbao No.1’is a new cherry tomato F1 hybrid developed by crossing‘qix15-1-5’as female parent and‘qx08-3-28’as male parent.It is of mid-late maturity.This cultivar is characteristics of indeterminate growth habit,vigorous vine plant.The oval shaped fruit is deeply pink colored,possess a sweet taste,and displays green shoulder at pre-ripening stage.The average single fruit weight is 19 g.The soluble solid content is 7.2%,and total sugar is 9.3%.This cultivar carries Ty-2 gene for resistance to TYLCV,Mil-2 gene for resistance to root-knot nematode,and Cf-5 gene for resistance to leaf-mold.In fields,its resistance to TYLCV,root-knot nematode and leaf-mold are stronger than that of the contrast‘Bijiao’.The yield is about 45 t·hm^(-2).It is suitable for greenhouse cultivation in early spring in Shaanxi Province.
