摘 要:针对电子注动态散焦问题,采用三维大信号模拟软件MTSS,结合注-波互作用过程中粒子状态分布,从幅值及周期对实际使用的聚焦磁场进行了优化分析。模拟表明,在适当的位置采用渐变增强幅值磁场,可以明显调节互作用电路末端电子注波动,显著减少截获电流,从而解决电子注动态散焦问题。选取合适的磁周期对电子注动态散焦的抑制也有一定效果。综合以上分析,在G波段大功率脉冲行波管研制中,采用渐变加强的合适周期的永磁聚焦场,改善电子注的动态散焦问题。In response to the dynamic defocus of electron beams,a 3D large-signal simulation software MTSS is used to optimize and analyze the actual focusing magnetic field from the amplitude and period,combined with the particle state distribution in beam-wave interaction process.The simulation result shows that the fluctuation of the beam at the end of the interaction section can be adjusted and the intercepted current can be reduced significantly by using a gradient amplitude-enhanced magnetic field at an appropriate position,and thus the dynamic defocus of electron beam can be improved.Appropriate magnetic period also has a certain effect on suppressing the dynamic defocusing of the electron beam.Based on the above analysis,a gradually enhanced magnetic field with appropriate magnetic period is used to improve the dynamic defocus of electron beam in the development of G-band high-power pulsed traveling wave tubes.
