摘  要:行波管是一种具有宽频带的微波管,它自发明以来已有60多年的历史,至今仍广泛应用于通信、雷达系统和电子对抗。随着卫星通信技术的快速发展,对高性能的大功率行波管的需求越来越迫切,而大功率伴随着更高的热损耗,因此,对其散热性能的研究是一项重要的工作。国内外专家学者对此做了大量的研究,本文综合叙述了目前行波管慢波组件材料和结构、组装方式以及接触热阻的研究现状,并总结了一些散热性能的评价方法。Traveling-wave tube(TWT)is a kind of microwave tube with wide bandwidth.It has been invented over 60 years and is still widely used in communications,radar systems and electronic countermeasures.With the rapid development of satellite communication technology,the helix TWT of higher performance is required,which come with more heat losses in helix structure so that the research on heat transfer is significant.a lot of works had been done by many researchers.It summarizes the development in materials and structures,assembly methods and contact resistance of slow wave structure in this paper,and some evaluate methods of heat transfer were summarized as well.
