摘 要:为提高舵系的安装质量,从舵系安装流程入手,有所侧重地对拉线、定位、镗孔、安装要点等工序进行了分析,并对定位和镗孔提出了精度要求,规范了舵系的安装方法,使舵系的安装精度控制在预期范围内。以上工艺措施一方面为舵系校正与安装积累经验,也为船舶工程其他项目施工提供了参考。In order to improve the installation quality of rudder system,starting with the installation process,this paper emphatically analyzes the working procedures of pulling line,positioning,boring and installation essentials,etc.Precision requirements have been put forward for positioning and boring,standardizing the installation method of the rudder system,and controlling the installation accuracy of the rudder system within the expected range.The above technical measures not only accumulate experience for rudder system correction and installation,but also provide reference and guidance for other ship engineering projects.
