摘 要:近年来,新能源汽车行业蓬勃发展,动力电池技术也在不断演进。尽管德国汽车工业协会推出的基于MEB平台的VDA标准模组得到了广泛认可,但由于电动车面临的“里程忧虑”,各家车企都在追求成组能量密度,导致标准模组方案被CTC/CTP/CTB等更高能量密度方案替代。然而,从安全性、环保性、通用性和维修性等方面来看,标准模组具有明显优势,随着固态电池等更高能量密度电芯的普及,新能源汽车行业将会重新回归标准模组方案。因此,采用了飞机行业的LRU设计理念,提出了将电池模组作为最小可更换单元,对其进行了系统的设计,并论证了其方案的可行性及应用价值。With the recent vigonous dwelopmenf of the energy vehicle industry,power battery technology also continuously evolving.Although the VDA standard module,based on the MEB platform launched by the German Association of Automobile Manufacturers,has been widely recognized,due to mileage concerns sumowiling electric vehicles,various car companies are pursuing group energy density,resulting in the standard module solution being replaced by higher energy density solutions such as CTC/CTP/CTB.However,in terms of safety,environmental friendliness,universality,and maintainability,standard modules have clear advantages.With the popularization of higher energy density cells such as solid-state batteries,the new energy vehicle industry will return to the standard module solution.Therefore,this article adopts the LRU design concept of the aircraft industry,proposes to use and sysfcmaxcally clesigns battery modules as the minimum replaceable unit,and demonstrates the feasibility and application value of their solutions.
