富春卧澜——杭州第19届亚运会北支江水上运动中心设计

摘　　要：结合杭州第19届亚运会北支江水上运动中心工程实例,介绍其“绿色、智能、节俭、文明”的建筑设计理念。上下水闸的创新设计,实现了北支江的动静结合,使其既有拥江的争流属性,又有湖的平静魅力。以极致谦逊的姿态隐入富春山水;以精准“双碳”的原则承办绿色亚运;以运营前置的理念打造永续场馆。水上运动中心既提供了先进的赛事场馆、一流的参赛与观赛体验,又可促进水上运动发展,带动周边产业升级。实现办一场赛会,发展一座城市。Based on the engineering example of the North Branch River Water Sports Center project at the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou,this article introduces its architectural design concept of"green,intelligent,thrifty,civilized".The innovative design of the upper and lower water gates has achieved a dynamic and static combination of the North Branch River.Through the comprehensive regulation of North Branch River,it has both the property of river and calm charm of lake,which with the ultimate humility posture hidden into the Fuchun landscape.To undertake the green Asian Games with the principle of precision"double carbon";to build sustainable venues with the concept of operation first.The water sports center not only provides advanced event venues,first‑class competition and spectator experience,but also promotes the development of water sports and promotes the upgrading of surrounding industries,which achieves a game,develop a city.
