摘　　要：由于巨大的体量,巨额的维护成本,功能开发的难度,使用率的缺失等原因,使得大型体育场馆的赛后运营成为一道公认的世界性难题。在此,以浙江省黄龙体育中心亚运场馆改造项目的建设过程为例,从建筑功能、交通组织、景观体系、全民健身、晚间形象等五方面展开论述,探讨“以赛后运营为导向”的设计理念在实际项目中的运用。Due to the huge volume,huge maintenance costs,difficulty in functional development,lack of utilization rate and other reasons,the post‑match operation of large stadiums has become a recognized worldwide problem.Taking the construction process of the Asian Games venue renovation project of Huanglong Sports Center in Zhejiang Province as an example,this paper discusses the problem from five aspects:construction function,traffic organization,landscape system,national fitness,and evening image.And it also discusses the application of"post‑competition operation oriented"design concept in practical projects.
