摘  要:OBE(Outcome based education)教育理念即成果导向教育,是一种基于学习成果或结果为导向的教育理念。本研究从当前高校教学督导工作存在的问题出发,结合教学督导工作实际,从提升督导工作的深入性与发展性、全面把握教学督导工作内容、建立有效沟通机制等几方面提出基于OBE理念的高校教学督导工作实施路径。OBE concept refers to outcome-based education,which is an educational concept based on learning outcomes.Starting from the current problems existing in the teaching supervision work in colleges and universities and combing the reality of teaching supervision work,this paper puts forward the implementation path of teaching supervision work in colleges and universities based on OBE concept from the aspects of enhancing the depth and development of supervision work,fully grasping the content of teaching supervision work and establishing effective communication mechanism.
