“二元社会”结构视域下乡村特色产业发展路径分析——以贵州省刺梨产业的发展为例

摘　　要：近年来,小众水果的“出圈”引发人们对新兴特色产品的关注,而小众水果是如何从地方资源变成走向全国市场的特色产业的?这引起了人们热烈的讨论。笔者尝试以贵州省刺梨的产业发展为对象,利用“二元社会”结构理论,分别从政府力量所代表的“伞式社会”和民间力量所代表的“蜂窝式社会”出发,梳理贵州省刺梨由山间野果变身百亿产业的发展历程,通过对贵州省刺梨产业不同时期的发展状况进行分析,认为在刺梨产业形成之初,政府力量为产业的建立起到了直接的带动作用,为产业发展奠定了基础。随着产业发展进入新阶段,民间力量构建起紧密联系的蜂窝式产业结构,逐渐成为刺梨产业发展的主要支撑者,政府力量则从直接参与中慢慢脱离出来,为产业提供要素支持与宏观调控,二者相互补充、相互配合,在产业发展中不断调整各自效用的发挥,共同推动刺梨产业平稳、快速发展。In recent years,the popularity of minority fruits has caused people’s attention to new speicality products,and the issue of how minority fruits change from local resources to speicality industries in the national market has initiated a heated discussion.The author tries to take the industrial development of Rosa roxburghii Tratt in Guizhou as the object,using the theory of“dual society”structure,starting from“umbrella society”represented by the government and“cellula society”represented by the folk forces,to sort out the development process of Rosa roxburghii Tratt from wild fruit in the mountains to 10 billion industry in Guizhou,and through the analysis of the industrial development of Rosa rox Tratt in Guizhou in different periods,it is believed that at the beginning of the formation of Rosa roxburghii industry,the government forces played a direct driving role in the establishment of the industry and laid the foundation for the development of the industry.With the development of industry entering a new stage,non-governmental forces have built a closely linked honeycomb industrial structure,which has gradually become the main supporter of the development of Rosa roxburghii industry,while government forces have gradually separated from direct participation to provide factor support and macro-control for the industry,which complement and cooperate with each other,and with the development of the industry,they constantly adjust their respective utilities and jointly promote the steady and rapid development of Rosa roxburghii industry.
