摘 要:通过田间控制试验研究4种微生物菌剂对2个大白菜品种根肿病防治效果及土壤养分含量的影响,得出施用微生物菌剂相比不同大白菜品种更能有效防治根肿病发生,同时施用微生物菌剂能明显改善土壤肥力。其中BD处理(枯草芽孢杆菌300倍液+德高CR117)综合防治效果最佳,相较WD(清水对照),地上部鲜重增加20.98%,病情指数降低34.85,防治效果达47.70%;对土壤速效态养分含量,尤其是硝态氮、速效钾、有机质含量有显著的提升,可作为秦岭地区生物防治大白菜根肿病的适宜组合。A field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of four microbial agents on root swelling disease prevention and control of two varieties of Chinese cabbage and the soil nutrient content.The results showed that the application of microbial agents was more effective in preventing root swelling disease than different Chinese cabbage varieties.Simultaneously,the use of microbial agents effectively improved soil fertility.Among the treatments,BD(Bacillus subtilis 300 times liquid+Degao CR117)exhibited the best comprehensive control effect,with a 20.98%increase in above-ground fresh weight compared to the water control(WD),and disease index decrease 34.85,an overall effect of 47.70%.the soil available nutrients,especially nitrate nitrogen,available potassium and organic matter contents,were significantly increased.Therefore,BD could be a suitable combination for biological control of Chinese cabbage root disease in the Qinling Mountains.
