摘 要:随着中国配电网的发展,配电网系统容量的增长越来越受到消弧线圈容量的限制,但与此同时选线装置准确率的不够,使得配电网又无法摆脱消弧线圈容量的束缚。因而为提升选线装置的准确率,利用了Matlab/Simulink软件,对中性点不接地和经消弧线圈接地系统发生单相接地故障时的主要稳态特征在工频条件下进行了仿真分析,进而探究了系统不接地和经消弧线圈以及中性点并联选线中电阻对稳态幅值法单相接地故障选线的影响。基于仿真结果表明,在故障过渡电阻阻值位于约1000Ω以下的情况下,在中性点不接地系统中该方法的选线效果最好,但在经消弧线圈接地系统中中性点并联选线中电阻也可以对该方法在经消弧线圈接地系统中的选线效果有较大提升;而在故障过渡电阻阻值位于约1000Ω以上的情况下,不论系统是否经消弧线圈接地和投入中性点选线中值电阻该方法均缺乏良好效果,需要应用其它新方法。With the development of distribution network in China,the growth of capacity of the distribu⁃tion network system is increasingly restricted by the arc suppression capacity.But at the same time,the in⁃sufficient accuracy of fault line selection makes the distribution network not get rid of the shackles of the arc suppression coil capacity.Therefore,for increasing the accuracy of the line selection device,the Mat⁃lab/Simulink software is used to simulate and analyze the main steady⁃state characteristics of a single line⁃to⁃ground fault in a neutral point un⁃grounded system or the grounding system via the arc suppression coil under power frequency conditions,thus,the influence of un⁃grounded system,grounding system via arc suppression coil and resistor of neutral point shunt line selection to the single phase grounding line selec⁃tion of steady amplitude method is studied further.The simulation⁃based results show that,when the fault transition resistance is below 1000Ω,the line selection effect of the method in the neutral point un⁃grounded system is the best,but the resistor in the neutral line selection of the grounding system via arc suppression coil can also increase the line effect of the method in the grounding system via arc suppres⁃sion coil.While,in case of the fault transition resistance above 1000Ω,the method,whether the system grounds via the arc suppression coil and the middle resistance of line selection of neutral point is used,is lack of good effect and other new methods are needed.
