摘  要:分析了电涡流式接近传感器的工作原理,研究了高低温、结冰等环境因素对传感器输出特性的影响。构建了基于Multisim的传感器电路仿真模型和基于Maxwell的传感器电磁仿真模型,开展了各类环境条件下传感器电感、电磁损耗等性能的详细分析。基于MATLAB GUI开发了传感器温漂数据处理平台,利用线性插值、拉格朗日插值等算法预测极端温度条件下传感器的温漂特性。研究结果表明,所构建的传感器模型及其数据处理平台合理可行。The working principle of the eddy current proximity sensor is analyzed.The influence of environmental factors such as high and low temperature and ice accretion on the output characteristics of the sensor are studied.The circuit model based on Multisim and sensor electromagnetic model based on Maxwell are constructed.The sensor inductance,electromagnetic loss and other performances under various environmental conditions are analyzed in detail.A data processing and visualization platform for sensor temperature drift is developed based on MATLAB GUI,and cubic spline interpolation,Lagrange interpolation and other algorithms are used to predict the temperature drift characteristics of the sensor under the extreme temperature conditions.The results show that the constructed sensor model and the data processing platform are reasonable and feasible.
