摘  要:针对水煤浆制气装置气化炉的灰水水质恶化沉淀结垢、关键设备严重积堵的现状,采用了1种新型阻垢SOTO矩阵技术。实际使用结果表明,新型阻垢技术有效地分离了污水中的杂质,污水设备设施内不结垢,解决了大部分污水药剂无法解决的结垢堵塞难题。气化灰水系统在高硬度、高盐分的全循环的情况下,实现了污水零排放,且无限循环使用。污水浊度由之前的平均90NTU降至平均40NTU;运行周期由原来的60~70d延长至约152d,每年减少气化装置非计划停车2次。每年可减少开停车损失及检修等费用70万元,减少阻垢剂费用约60万元。In view of the deterioration of ash water quality and serious fouling of key equipment in the gasifier of coal water slurry gasification plant,a new type of scale inhibition SOTO matrix technology is adopted.The practical application results show that the new scale inhibition technology can effectively separate the impurities in the sewage,and there is no scaling in the sewage equipment and facilities,which solves the problem of scaling and blockage that most sewage agents cannot solve.The gasification ash water system realizes zero discharge of sewage and infinite recycling under the condition of full circulation of high hardness and high salinity.The turbidity of sewage decreased from the previous average 90 NTU to the average 40 NTU.The operation cycle is extended from the original 60~70 d to about 152 d,and the unplanned shutdown of the gasification unit is reduced twice a year.It can reduce the cost of start-up and shutdown loss and maintenance by 700000 yuan per year,and reduce the cost of scale inhibitor by about 600000 yuan.
