摘  要:分析了300kt/a丙烷-异丁烷混合脱氢装置芳烃溶剂消耗量的相关因素,表明芳烃溶剂馏程、冷后温度、原料组成变化是影响芳烃溶剂消耗量的主要因素。提出了降低芳烃溶剂消耗量可行性措施,通过优选馏程较重的芳烃溶剂、保证反应产物温度低位运行、保持C3/C4比例不变、控制合适的反应温度、改造芳烃溶剂再生单元等,降低了芳烃溶剂消耗,每年可节约芳烃溶剂费用288~576万元。The related factors of aromatic solvent consumption in 300 kt/a propane-isobutane mixed dehydrogenation unit were analyzed.The results showed that aromatic solvent distillation range,cooling temperature and raw material composition change were the main factors affecting aromatic solvent consumption.The feasible measures to reduce the consumption of aromatic solvent were put forward.By optimizing the aromatic solvent with heavy distillation range,ensuring the low temperature operation of the reaction product,keeping the C3/C4 ratio unchanged,controlling the appropriate reaction temperature,and reforming the regeneration unit of aromatic solvent,the consumption of aromatic solvent was reduced,and the cost of aromatic solvent could be saved by 2.88~5.76 million yuan per year.
