摘　　要：具体研究了电缆测偏仪的测量原理、操作步骤以及校准所用的标准器,并提出了仪器的量值溯源方法,确保了仪器使用的准确性。The X-ray cable online polarizer is used for online measurement of cable structure dimensions in cable production,and real-time monitoring of cable production quality.This article specifically studies the measurement principle,operating procedures,and calibration standards of the cable polarizer,and proposes a method for traceability of the instrument's values to ensure the accuracy of the instrument's use.
