摘 要:比较分析T型柔性薄膜热电偶与传统热电偶丝在响应速度动态性能方面的差异,研究其对恒温金属浴温度偏差的校准方法。结果表明,T型柔性薄膜热电偶采用二维结构,相比传统一维结构的热电偶丝具有更高的稳定性和更快的响应速度,能够更好地对瞬变温度进行测量。在恒温金属浴温度校准测试中,T型柔性薄膜热电偶能更好地贴合于测试孔内,适应柔性曲面的测温需求,具有更高的测量准确度。The dynamic performance of flexible thin film thermocouple and traditional thermocouple wire was compared and analyzed,and the calibration method for temperature deviation of metal bath was studied.As a result,the T-type flexible thin film thermocouple adopted two-dimensional structure,which had higher stability and faster response speed than the traditional one-dimensional thermocouple wire,and could measure the transient temperature better.In the temperature calibration test of constant temperature metal bath,T-type flexible film thermocouple could fit into the test hole better,adapted to the temperature measurement demand of flexible surface,and had higher measurement accuracy.
