热熔橡胶沥青防水涂料性能影响因素研究

摘　　要：制备了一种热熔橡胶沥青防水涂料,并研究了橡胶油、改性剂、高温助剂、抗氧化剂等添加量对其性能的影响,结果表明:橡胶油可以改善涂料的低温性能和粘结性能;SBS和SBR改性剂可以改善涂料的综合性能;高温助剂可以改善涂料的耐热性;抗氧化剂可以改善涂料的抗老化性能。A kind of hot-melt rubber asphalt waterproofing coating is prepared,and the effects of rubber oil,modifiers,hightemperature auxiliaries,antioxidants and other additives on its performance are studied.The results show that rubber oil can improve the low-temperature performance and bonding performance of the coating;SBS and SBR modifiers can improve its comprehensive performance;high temperature auxiliaries can improve its heat resistance;antioxidants can improve its antiaging performance.
