摘　　要：永恒理想名苑项目地下车库种植顶板防水系统平面采用2.0 mm厚非固化橡胶沥青防水涂料+4.0 mm厚SBS改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材的涂卷复合防水方案,该防水系统具有自愈、满粘防窜水、基层沉降时系统保持整体完整、基层潮湿粘结等特点,施工后防水效果良好。立面部位采用1.5 mm厚LIK-滑立克合成橡胶沥青防水涂料+4.0 mm厚SBS改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材处理。A combined waterproofing system of 2.0 mm thick non-solidified rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and 4.0 mm thick elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane(root resistance)is adopted for the planted roof of the underground garage of Yongheng Lixiang Mingyuan project,and the complex parts of the project are treated with 1.5 mm thick rubber asphalt waterproofing coating and 4.0 mm thick elastomer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane(root resistance).This waterproofing system has the characteristics of self-healing,full adhesion to avoid water channeling,remain integrated against substrate settlement,bonding with wet substrate etc.,and good waterproofing effect is achieved after construction.
