摘 要:针对当前我国体育教育专业人才培养中存在的体育师范生技能水平不高、教学实践能力不足以及中小学体育教师职后学习难、发展难等共性问题,采用文献资料法、实地调研法等研究方法,在梳理卓越教师计划国内外研究进展的基础上,依据我国“卓越教师培养计划”中“高校-地方政府-中小学校”协同培养的新思路,以LD大学体育教育专业自身实际情况为例,建构实施卓越体育教师“1+4”协同培养模式。该模式中“一个联盟”为三方协同的长效运行与互助共赢提供了制度保障,“四个质量”从专业、课程、教材、技能四个方面完善培养机制、提升培养质量。LD大学的实践成果表明该模式有其可操作性和有效性,能够为其他院校的体育专业师范教育提供参考和借鉴,同时也对目前中国教师教育的创新发展起到示范和引领作用。In response to the common problems in the cultivation of P.E.teachers in China such as low skill levels and insufficient teaching abilities of P.E.Normal Students,difficulties in Post-Employment Education and development of P.E.teachers in primary and secondary schools,and so on,using the methods of literature review and field research methods,based on the research progress of the Outstanding Teacher Program at home and abroad,according to the new concept of“universities-local governments-primary and secondary schools”collaborative training in China's“Outstanding Teacher Training Plan”,and taking the actual situation of LD University's physical education major as an example,the“1+4”collaborative training model for outstanding physical education teachers is constructed and implemented.In this model,“one alliance”provides institutional guarantee for the long-term operation and mutual benefit of tripartite collaboration,“four qualities”improve the training mechanism and quality from four aspects:major,curriculum,textbooks,and skills.The practical results of LD University show that this model has its operability and effectiveness,which can provide reference for teacher education of physical education majors in other colleges and universities,and also play a demonstration and leading role in the innovative development of teacher education in China at present.
