摘 要:资源稀缺、大气污染、水环境污染状态持续加深,受到了大众的广泛关注,提出自然生态环境规划设计策略研究。以研究区域近十年数据为例,探究自然生态环境资源的变化趋势,并预估研究区域的环境承载力,将其作为约束条件,制定自然生态环境规划设计策略——生态伦理规划设计策略(适度人口规划与生态意识规划)、生态产业规划设计策略(生态农业规划与生态工业规划)与环境保护规划设计策略(改善水资源质量、改善土壤资源质量、增加居住区绿地空间、建设工业防护绿带与建设农田防护林),为社会与自然生态环境的协调发展提供新的措施支撑。Resource scarcity,air pollution and water environment pollution become more serious,raising public attention.This paper puts forward the research of natural ecological environment planning and design strategy.Taking the data of the research area in the last ten years as an example,the study researched the change trend of natural ecological environmental resources,and estimated the environmental carrying capacity of the research area as a constraint condition.It developed natural ecological environment planning and design strategies——ecological ethics planning and design strategies(moderate population planning and ecological consciousness planning),ecological industry planning and design strategies(ecological agriculture planning and ecological industry planning)and environmental protection planning and design strategies(improving water resources quality),improving soil resources quality,increasing residential green space,building industrial protection green belt and building farmland protection.It provided new measures to support the coordinated development of society and natural ecological environment.
