摘 要:为了进一步优化煤岩取心工艺,建立了取心钻头钻进动力学模型,进行了钻进过程影响因素数值模拟及实施随钻取心装备核心部件研发,得出钻速、钻压及切削角度对钻进过程具有较大的影响作用。组装了完整的随钻取心成套装备,借助于井上模拟取心实验获取了?10~50 mm的完整柱状煤岩试样岩心,开展了井下随钻取心现场实验以进行性能测试,并布置6组测点实施瓦斯含量的测定,结果显示:取心时长缩短至了少1/3,测点的瓦斯含量误差在5%以内,验证了该成套装备性能可靠。In order to further optimize the process of coal and rock coring,the drilling dynamic model of coring bit was established,the factors affecting the drilling process were simulated numerically and the core components of coring equipment were developed.It is concluded that the drilling rate,bit load and cutting angle have great influence on the drilling process.A complete set of equipment for coring while drilling was assembled,and a complete columnar coal-rock sample core with a diameter of 10 mm to 50 mm was obtained by means of simulated surface coring experiment.The underground field experiment for coring while drilling was carried out to test the performance,and 6 groups of measuring points were arranged to measure the gas content.The results show that the coring time is reduced by 1/3;the error of gas content at the measuring point is less than 5%,which verifies the reliability of the performance of the complete set of equipment.
