水电站压力管道平顶平底月牙肋钢岔管结构设计及应力分析

摘　　要：常规月牙肋钢岔管为上下对称结构,在压力管道检修放空时,钢岔管底部存在积水问题;在压力管道运行前充水时,钢岔管顶部存在积气问题。为解决上述问题,提出了一种平顶平底钢岔管,其由多个主锥管锥节、支锥管锥节和不对称月牙肋组成;主管与主锥管的管顶线位于同一水平面,支锥管与支管的管底线位于同一水平面;相邻管节间设公切球,以使相邻管节间相贯线为平面曲线。以CCS水电站压力管道为例,对中心对称钢岔管、平底钢岔管、平顶平底钢岔管进行有限元分析,结果表明,中心对称钢岔管上下对称、受力最好,平顶平底钢岔管较平底钢岔管应力集中现象有所缓解。此外,平顶平底钢岔管在体型上实现了压力管道及钢岔管的完全自流排水与完全自流排气,有效缩短压力管道检修排水时间,有利于机组高效稳定运行。The conventional crescent-rib steel bifurcation is symmetrical structure in the up and down direction.There is remaining water at the steel bifurcation bottom while emptying water in the penstock for maintenance,and there is remaining air at the steel bifurcation top while filling water into the penstock for operation.In order to solve those problems,a flat top and bottom steel bifurcation is proposed.The flat top and bottom steel bifurcation is composed of several main cones,branch cones and crescent-rib.The top line of the main pipe and the main cones are in the same horizontal plane,and the bottom line of the branch cones and the branch pipe are in the same horizontal plane.The adjacent pipes and cones are tangent to a sphere to ensure the intersecting line in plane.Taking the penstock of CCS hydropower station as an example,the finite element analysis results show that,the central symmetric steel bifurcation has a good stress condition,and the stress concentration of flat top and bottom steel bifurcation improve than that of the flat-bottomed steel bifurcation significantly.Besides,emptying water in the penstock completely and filling water into the penstock completely are realized through the flat top and bottom steel bifurcation.It will benefit the penstock maintenance and the unit operation.
