摘 要:重力坝坝身泄水孔闸墩三维有限元模拟的难点在于准确量化高速水流对闸墩结构作用荷载的大小,文中针对某水电站中孔异形闸墩结构,开展了单体水工模型试验,获得不同泄水工况下闸墩水面线以及时均压力的分布成果;在对试验成果进行分析后,根据试验成果对闸墩进行有限元数值仿真计算,获得闸墩应力变形计算成果,解决了高速水流下异形闸墩结构应力变形计算难题;文中提出的分析方法,在工程设计及应用方面具有一定的实用价值,可为类似工程提供参考。The difficulty of three-dimensional finite element simulation of gate pier for gravity dam body outlet is to accurately quantify the load of high-speed water flow on the pier structure.In this paper,a single hydraulic model test was carried out for the structure of the special-shaped pier in a hydropower station,and the distribution results of the water surface profile and the time-averaged pressure of the pier under different discharge conditions were obtained.After analyzing the test results,the finite element numerical simulation calculation was carried out for the gate pier according to the test results,and the calculation results of the stress and deformation of the gate pier were obtained,which solved the calculation problem of the stress and deformation of the special-shaped gate pier structure under the condition of high-speed water flow.The analysis method proposed in this paper has practical value in engineering design and application,and provides reference basis for similar projects.
