摘 要:鉴于规范法在计算周边既有建筑物的复杂深基坑对地下室的卸载作用尚未有明确规定,通过一例广州市深厚砂层周边环境既有建筑物深基坑工程的设计实践,探索了灌注桩+内支撑结构体系在周边既有地下室环境下的设计计算方法,采用坡顶设置反向等效压力的模拟简化规范方法计算地下室的卸载作用,运用Midas三维有限元进行计算。结果表明:采用简化计算的规范方法具有一定的合理性,与规范法相比,三维有限元结果更加符合实测值,建议复杂超大深基坑在设计阶段采用能考虑空间效应影响的三维计算,对类似复杂深基坑设计具有借鉴意义。In view of the fact that the code method has not clearly defined the unloading effect of the complex deep foundation pit of the surrounding existing buildings on the basement,the design and calculation method of the cast-in-place pile and internal support structure system in the surrounding existing basement environment is explored through a design practice of the deep foundation pit project of the existing buildings in the surrounding deep sand layer in Guangzhou The unloading effect of the basement is simulated and simplified by setting the reverse equivalent pressure at the top of the slope,Midas 3D finite element is used for calculation The results show that the 3D finite element results are more consistent with the measured values than the standard method,which shows the rationality of using the simplified calculation method At the same time,it is suggested that the 3D calculation that can consider the influence of space effect should be used in the design stage of complex and super deep foundation pit,which plays an important reference significance for the design of similar complex deep foundation pit.
