摘  要:为了实现液体火箭发动机推力室喷注器3D打印技术的工程应用,从方案设计、打印制造、质量控制、试验验证多个方面对3D打印喷注器进行了研究。通过一体化集成设计和整体制造,喷注器零件数量由16个减至1个,21条焊缝全部取消,大幅提高产品结构的固有可靠性,同时降低了工艺难度,实现了设计方案的快速验证和迭代;通过液流试验和质量检查,保证了产品质量,在此基础上总结了3D打印喷注器研制全流程质量控制方法。热试结果表明打印喷注器的性能与机加喷注器的性能相当,其中燃烧效率达到95以上,验证了液体火箭发动机复杂结构喷注器3D打印技术的可行性,为实现液体火箭发动机推力室全3D打印奠定了基础。In order to realize the engineering application of 3D printing technology for injector of liquid rocket engine,the 3D printed injector was studied from the aspects of scheme design,printing manufacture,quality control and test verification.Through integrated design and overall manufacturing,the number of injector parts is reduced from 16 to 1,and 21 welds are cancelled,which greatly improve the inherent reliability of the product.At the same time,the difficulty of the process is reduced,and the rapid verification and iteration of the design scheme can be achieved.The product quality is guaranteed through flow test and quality inspection.Based on this,quality control method of the full process is summarized.The hot test results show that the performance of the printed injector is comparable to that of the machined injector,the combustion efficiency is more than 95,and the feasibility of the 3D printing technology of the complex structure injector of the liquid rocket engine is verified,which lays a foundation for the full 3D printing of the thrust chamber of the liquid rocket engine.
