基于体质健康测试的大学生身体素质影响因素研究

摘　　要：身体素质是人们体质强弱和健康状况的重要判断标志.精准把握学生体质与健康的影响因素以靶向施策.本研究探究了玉溪师范学院大学生身体素质的现状及其影响因素.基于2021年该校体质健康测试的数据运用描述性统计、差异性分析、相关性分析及回归分析等方法,分别以人口统计学因素和BMI为自变量,以身体素质(速度、下肢力量和柔韧性)为因变量,进行了综合分析.研究发现:超重和肥胖者比例较高且呈上升趋势,身体素质优秀者比例较低;性别、年级和学院与身体素质显著相关:BMI与立定跳远和坐位体前屈呈负相关;人口统计学因素和BMI能有效预测身体素质.研究建议高校从多角度采取预防性措施,提升学生的身体素质水平.Physical fitness is an important indicator of people's physical strength and health status.To take targeted measures to improve students’physical fitness,it is necessary to get a sound grasp of the factors influencing their physique and health.This study explores the status quo and influencing factors of students'physical fitness in Yuxi Normal University.Based on the data of the physical health test of the school in 2021,a comprehensive analysis on variance,correlation and regression was carried out using descriptive statistics,with demographic factors and BMI as independent variables and physical fitness(speed,lower limb strength and flexibility)as dependent variables.The results show that:the proportion of overweight and obese students is high and still rising,while the proportion of those with good physical fitness is low;students’physical fitness is significantly correlated with their gender,grade and majors;students’BMI was negatively correlated with their ability in standing-long-jump and sit-and-reach;demographic factors and BMI can effectively predict physical fitness.It is suggested that colleges and universities should take preventive measures from various angles to improve students'physical fitness.
