摘　　要：随着我国能源结构向绿色低碳转变,推动新能源产业创新发展已成为共识。新能源产业具有研发成本高、投资风险大、投资回报期长的特点,在政府补贴逐步退坡的背景下,市场化发展是新能源产业创新发展最可持续的方式。风险投资可以为新能源产业创新发展输送资金,提供增值服务和监督服务,并推动新能源产业链的整合。为了更有效地发挥风险投资对新能源产业创新发展的积极影响,新能源产业应充分利用风险投资,根据产业所处的不同时期选择异质性风险投资,通过市场激励促进产业内的技术创新;新能源企业应加强与风险投资机构的沟通,利用风险投资的优质资源,促进企业创新活动的有效实施;政府必须发挥政府背景风险投资作用,加强对风险投资机构的监督管理,为新能源产业创新发展创造良好的制度环境。With the transformation of China’s energy structure to green and low-carbon,it has become a consensus to promote the innovative development of the new energy industry.The new energy industry is characterized by high R&D costs,high investment risks and long payback periods.Against the backdrop of the gradual withdrawal of government subsidies,market-based development is the most sustainable way for the innovative development of the new energy industry.Venture capital can channel funds for the innovative development of the new energy industry,provide value-added services and supervisory services,and promote the integration of the new energy industry chain.In order to play the positive role of venture capital on the innovative development of the new energy industry more effectively,the new energy industry should make full use of venture capital,select heterogeneous venture capital according to the different periods in which the industry is located,and promote technological innovation within the industry through market incentives;new energy enterprises should strengthen communication with venture capital institutions and make use of the quality resources of venture capital to promote the effective implementation of their innovative activities;the government should play the role of venture capital backed by the government,strengthen the supervision and management of venture capital institutions,and create a good institutional environment for the innovative development of the new energy industry.
