摘 要:该文以当年旱柳扦插苗为试材,磷元素供应由KH2PO4提供,设置浓度分别为136(CK)、91.1、44.9、0mg/L共4个处理,研究缺磷胁迫对旱柳生长及光合作用的影响。结果表明:(1)缺磷胁迫会导致植株株高、地径、生物量的降低,叶绿素、光合速率、RuBP羧化酶活性的降低,PEP羧化酶和SOD活性的提高。胁迫程度不同,表现存在差异。(2)3个不同程度缺磷处理均导致旱柳株高、生物量的降低,且随缺磷程度加大影响加重。轻度胁迫(91.1mg/L)对旱柳地径影响不显著,中、重度胁迫(44.9、0mg/L)显著降低地径生长量。(3)中、重度胁迫(44.9、0mg/L)显著降低旱柳叶片叶绿素含量、光合速率和RuBP羧化酶活性,显著提高PEP羧化酶和SOD活性。轻度胁迫(91.1mg/L)除第30天显著低于对照外,其余时间点与对照差异不显著。光合速率、RuBP羧化酶和SOD活性与对照差异不显著,PEP羧化酶30d后显著高于对照。综合分析认为,磷浓度低于44.9mg/L会对旱柳产生显著的胁迫作用,抑制苗木生长,91.1mg/L处理对旱柳生理特性影响较小。This article uses the cutting seedlings of Salix mandshurica from that year as the experimental material,with phosphorus supply provided by KH2PO4.Four treatments were set with concentrations of 136(CK),91.1,44.9,and 0mg/L,respectively,to study the effect of phosphorus deficiency stress on the growth level photosynthesis of Salix mandshurica.The results showed that:(1)Phosphorus deficiency stress can lead to a decrease in plant height,diameter,biomass,chlorophyll,photosynthetic rate,RuBP carboxylase activity,and an increase in PEP carboxylase and SOD activity.The degree of coercion varies,and there are differences in performance;(2)Three different levels of phosphorus deficiency treatments all led to a decrease in plant height and biomass of Salix mandshurica,and the impact worsened with the deepening of phosphorus deficiency.Mild stress(91.1mg/L)had no significant effect on the diameter of Salix mandshurica,while moderate and severe stress(44.9,0mg/L)significantly reduced the diameter growth.(3)During the experiment,moderate to severe stress(44.9,0mg/L)significantly reduced the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic rate,and RuBP carboxylase activity in Salix mandshurica leaves,and significantly increased the activities of PEP carboxylase and SOD.Mild stress(91.1mg/L)was significantly lower than the control on the 30th day,and there was no significant difference between the other time points and the control.There was no significant difference in light rate,RuBP carboxylase,and SOD activity compared to the control,while PEP carboxylase was significantly higher than the control after 30 days.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is believed that phosphorus concentrations below 44.9mg/L will have a significant stress effect on upland willows,inhibiting seedling growth.Treatment with 91.1mg/L has a relatively small impact on the physiological characteristics of upland willows.
