摘　　要：目的 分析不同人群对于三手烟危害的了解程度,为推动禁烟控烟相关政策的完善和推行提供依据。方法 于2022年10月随机发放调查问卷,通过对不同性别、学历、年龄段和吸烟状况的人群分别进行统计学分析,调查不同人群对三手烟的相关危害知识的了解程度。结果 647名受调查者中,对三手烟危害的相关知识知晓率为39.26%(254/647)。35岁以下的受调查者对三手烟相关危害的知晓程度均高于其他年龄段受调查者(P<0.05),初中及以下学历人群对三手烟相关危害的知晓程度远低于高中和大学及以上人群(P<0.05)。对108位吸烟者调查中发现,50岁以上的受调查者对三手烟相关危害的知晓程度均高于其他年龄段受调查者(P<0.05)。对539位非吸烟者调查发现,高中学历受调查者对三手烟相关危害的知晓程度均高于其他年龄段受调查者(P<0.05)。结论 不同人群对于三手烟及香烟危害认识欠缺,对三手烟相关危害了解程度差。Objective To analyze the knowledge of different groups of people about the harms of third-hand smoke so as to provide a basis for promoting the improvement and implementation of policies related to anti-tobacco and tobacco control.Methods Questionnaires were randomly distributed in October 2022 to investigate the level of knowledge about the hazards associated with third-hand smoke among different groups of people by statistically analyzing them separately for different genders,educational levels,age groups and smoking status.Results The awareness rate about the dangers of third-hand smoke was 39.26%(254/647)among the 647 respondents.The awareness of third-hand smoke related hazards of the respondents under 35 years old was higher than that of other age groups,with a statistically significant difference(P<o.05).The awareness of third-hand smoke related hazards of the people with junior high school education and below was far lower than that of the people with senior high school education and university education and above,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In the survey of 108 smokers,it was found that the awareness of third-hand smoke related hazards of the respondents over 50 years old was higher than that of other age groups,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The survey of 539 non-smokers found that the awareness of third-hand smoke related hazards among the respondents with high school education was higher than that of other age groups,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a lack of awareness of the dangers of third-hand smoke and cigarettes among different populations,and a poor understanding of the hazards associated with third-hand smoke.
