摘　　要：猴痘是由感染猴痘病毒引起的一种较为严重的人兽共患传染病。2022年5月以来,全球多个非流行国家发生了猴痘疫情,引发全球高度关注。根据世界卫生组织统计报告,此次猴痘疫情病例大多数为男男性行为者(MSM)。鉴于猴痘疫情流行现状及该病毒在MSM人群中的快速传播,因此了解猴痘的流行现状,尤其是了解猴痘在MSM人群中的流行特点,对于做好MSM人群预防干预、有效保护易感人群、阻止疫情快速传播十分必要。本文对猴痘流行现状、在MSM人群中的流行特点、MSM人群科学干预猴痘的策略等方面进行了综述。Monkeypox is a serious zoonotic infectious disease caused by Monkeypox virus infection.Since May 2022,multiple non-epidemic countries around the world have experienced monkeypox outbreaks,which have attracted high global attention.According to the statistical report of the World Health Organization,most of the monkeypox cases were men who have sex with men.Given the current epidemiological situation of monkeypox and the rapid spread of this virus in MSM population,it is necessary to understand the current epidemiological situation of monkeypox,especially the epidemiological characteristics of monkeypox in MSM population,in order to provide preventive interventions in MSM population,effectively protect the susceptible population and stop the rapid spread of the epidemic.This article reviews the current situation of the monkeypox epidemic,its characteristics in the MSM population,and strategies for scientific intervention of monkeypox in the MSM population.
