摘  要:针对工程机械用某直列六缸柴油机故障诊断的迫切需求,基于有限元法的缸体振动模态与曲轴变形影响分析,进行直列六缸柴油发动机工作机理分析,通过三维软件完成缸体—活塞—曲轴三维数模构建;分析缸体—活塞—曲轴8阶固有频率和核心振型,给出直列六缸柴油发动机缸体振动测量布点位置及数量;选取曲轴形变为单变量,进行多组不同形变下缸体振动幅值模拟分析,确定曲轴形变对直列六缸柴油发动机缸体振动幅值影响规律。振动分析结果表明:计算方案合理可行,振动布点位置、数量基本准确,所用方法具有较好的工程应用价值和推广性。To meet the urgent need for fault diagnosis of an in-line six-cylinder diesel engine used in construction machinery,the analysisanalysis of cylinder block vibration mode and crankshaft deformation influence based on the finite element method is carried out to analyze the working mechanism of the in-line six-cylinder diesel engine.The three-dimensional mathematical model of the cylinder block-piston-crankshaft is constructed through the three-dimensional software.The 8th natural frequency and core vibration mode of the cylinder block-piston-crankshaft is analyzed,and the locations and number of cylinder block vibration measurement points of the in-line six-cylinder diesel engine are given.The crankshaft deformation is selected as a single variable to carry out simulation analysis of the cylinder block vibration amplitude under different sets of deformation to determine the influence law of the crankshaft deformation on the cylinder block vibration amplitude of the in-line six-cylinder diesel engine.The vibration analysis results show that the calculation scheme is reasonable and feasible,the locations and number of the vibration points are basically accurate,and the method is of good engineering application value and generalization.
