摘  要:介绍齿轮振动与磨损可靠性分析的相关技术,进行齿轮振动激励分析及有限元仿真,对时变齿轮啮合刚度解析计算。通过MATLAB软件设计出齿轮的二维图,利用Creo生成齿轮的三维模型,利用ANSYS对齿轮进行分析与仿真,得出随机参数对齿轮啮合振动传递误差可靠性和灵敏度。为齿轮的振动与磨损研究奠定基础。Techniques related to reliability analysis of gear vibration and wear are introduced,gear vibration excitation analysis and finite element simulation are carried out,and mesh stiffness of the time-varying gear is calculated analytically.A two-dimensional diagram of the gear is designed by software MATLAB,a three-dimensional model of the gear is generated by Creo,and the gear is analyzed and simulated by ANSYS to derive the reliability and sensitivity of random parameters on the transmission error of gear meshing vibration,which lays a foundation for the research of gear vibration and wear.
